Finally the moment you have all been waiting for, my before pictures of my weight loss!
So at this point in my life, creating this post makes everything a lot realer!! Like right now, everyone (whoever reads this) will see my body for what it really is, and that’s kind of hard to take in!
But hey, if I don’t start now I probably won’t.
So this is me at my current weight (too nervous to tell you what that is yet)…
Yes, I have a big booty.
Any who, this week I have weighed myself, written it down, started healthy eating and working out. For me it’s not the doing, it’s the consistency. So hopefully I can stick to it for at least a month and then it will become routine.
I will start posting my workouts for you guys and meal ideas. I will try to blog once a week some new pictures just to see if there are any changes (hopefully there will be loads) and if there is anyone out there that this helps or inspires then my job is done.
