Hey guys, I’m sorry I’ve been away for a little while… Just trying to get my life together a lil bit. Basically there is one main thing I have struggled with in my life and that is my weight. FOOD IS LIFE! Don’t get it twisted I love food, otherwise I wouldn’t eat it duh. But guess what it will catch up on you.
Now I’m forever being told how nice my figure is and how much others would give for it. Don’t get me wrong I love my figure, I love my curves, I love my bum, but at the same time I need to be a healthier me. Therefore, I am now on the path of healthiness (kind of). I’m trying and I’m gonna do it! Trust me when I put my mind to something, I achieve greatness and nothing less.
So, I am going to try and start a challenge for myself but others are free to join and tell me how they’re doing. My challenge for myself is to set a daily, weekly and monthly target. E.g. today I must have at least 5 large glasses of water, this week I must lose 1lb, this month I better be 4lb lighter!
I will try to regularly post picks of my meals and myself, I’m going to take a picture this weekend of how I look and take regular updates. I will post workout routines to help others and you know anything that I feel relates to this topic.
